Creamy Salmon and Shrimp Linguine
INGREDIENTS

8-10 Jumbo Peeled and Deveined Shrimp
-
4oz Salmon Filets Cut Into Cubes
-
1/31b Linguine (cooked according to box instructions)

1/4 Each Red and Green Bell Peppers (sliced)
-
1/4 Yellow Onion (sliced)
-
1/2 cup Steamed Broccoli (maintain a slightly crunchy texture
-
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
-
1 Teaspoon Seafood Seasoning Creole Seasoning (to taste) Salt (to taste)

1 Teaspoon Paprika
-
2 1/2 Cups Half & Half
-
1 Cup Chicken Broth
-
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
-
1 Stick Unsalted Butter
-
2 Tablespoons Of The Original Redd Sauce From The Bella_Delish Neaux Ya Sauce Line
INSTRUCTIONS

Boil linguine according to package directions.

Season the shrimp and salmon with seafood seasoning, creole seasoning, and paprika, and saute (separately) with butter for approximately 5-7 minutes on medium heat.

Remove from the pan. Using the same pan, add 2 teaspoons of butter, saute bell peppers and onions on low to medium heat until just tender, add the garlic and saute for 2 minutes.

Add the broccoli, half & half, chicken broth, and all the spices and let hard simmer while constantly stirring on medium heat until it just started to thicken.

Add the seafood, noodles and parmesan cheese and cook for 2=3 minutes or until it all comes together then shut off the fire.

Season to taste. Serve with garlic bread and a side salad.
